Own voicemail or answer group (AG)
As a user, you can choose whether you want to transcribe your voicemail, and the same applies to an answer group. With the right permissions, you can activate the feature on the AG’s voicemail, making transcriptions available to all agents.
Search with keywords
In the search bar, you can search for keywords to easily find voicemails. Choose whether you want to search among your private transcriptions or those of the AG.
