With our smart integration, you don’t need to create new contacts in the app. As long as you have everything up to spped in your CRM, we make sure to present to you who’s calling!

Here’s how it works

Our integration communicates in the background, via API, with Upsales. This way, you get access to many handy features such as:

  • Number lookup
  • View activity from Upsales directly in lynes
  • Open the customer card with the press of a button

Activate the integration

  1. Click on “Connect new integration”
  2. Choose Upsales and give it a name
  3. Go to Upsales and generate an API key
  4. Paste it into the app and press “connect”
