Your customers want lynes and fast service while calling you. But can you be certain of who's calling? With Mobile BankID verification you're always sure that the person you're talking to is who he or she says to be.

Mobile BankID is for the Swedish market only.

This is how it works

When calling in, they are required to provide their social security number to the agent receiving the call. The agent then enters the social security number into the lynes interface and the customer enter the code to verify their identity. The whole procedure takes about 20 seconds.

Free number of users

There Is no maximum for how many agents you can have using the integration. Just add another agent inside the admin tool.
