Maximize your Zoho experience by integrating it with lynes. When active you will access smart features such as automatically logged calls.
Who’s calling?
When you connect Zoho with lynes, we will do a search in your CRM on all calls.
If we get a match, we will display the first and last name and give you the option to open the contact directly in Zoho.
As long as you keep things organized in your CRM, you will always see who is calling you.
Calls are logged automatically
A handy feature is with this integrations in that calls are automatically logged directly on the contact. This way, you get a clear overview and can immediately see who was the last to speak with said contact.
This information is also visible in the lynes app.
Here’s how it works:
This integration communicates via API and allows us to create smart workflows. Among other things, you get access to:
- Automatically logged calls
- Number lookup against your customer base
- Ability to open contact in Zoho
- Create new activities, meetings, and tasks
- View account owner
Activate the integration
- Via Insights, click on “Connect integration”
- Choose Zoho
- Follow the instructions.
