• Users: View their own call log in detail. • Agent: See all calls in their assigned response groups. • Supervisor: Has access to all calls in assigned groups. • Authorized users: Can search and listen to all calls within your organization, except private voicemail.

Select the call you want to share and send it easily via chat or SMS, with or without recording depending on permissions.
