Our dashboard will be your new best friend, never ever has it been so easy to view and monitor response groups in real time. How is the group performing, how many customers are in the queue and have you followed up on all the calls? All these questions and many more can be easily answered by looking in our built-in dashboard.

Clearer overview
When you enter the details view, you will immediately see the current queue time, how many agents are available and if you have any calls in the queue. Just as quickly, you can get an idea of how your group is performing by looking at your metrics selected in the Dashboard.
Better customer care
Our flowchart gives you access to even more data. You instantly get an idea of which agents are ready and which are busy. If you have any missed calls, these can easily be followed up with a comment. When the customer is followed up, they are moved from the missed calls list to follow-up calls.
Take the temp
The overview gives you quick insights on one or more response groups. The data presented in real time makes it easy to follow up KPIs. Further down you will find selected response groups, simply packaged at the agent group level. There you will see the current queue time, agents who are ready and much more.
