Which operators work with lynes?

Our app works with several operators in Sweden. Choose and combine amongst our own subscriptions, Telia, Tele2, Tre and Telenor.

Who will access the information?

Users: only the user with the license active can access the calls. No account owner or superadmin can read or listen to calls.Response Groups: Each response group is configured separately, therefore access may vary. For example, a supervisor in a response group has access to all calls, while agents only have access to their calls in that group.

Where is the data stored?

All our data is stored in Sweden. In order to enable transcribing, depending on the provider, we may send the data outside Sweden, in the EU, and sometimes outside the EU, such as the USA.

How long does it take for CI to analyze the call?

The transcription does not take place in real time, but is switched on. After the end of the call, it may take about 5-10 seconds before the transcription and summary is made, then it will automatically appear on the call in the call log or response group.
