With lightning Auto-Labels you get a full handle on what is being said in the conversations without having to listen through them manually. By combining transcriptions with smart AI logic, calls can be automatically tagged with relevant labels, completely without manual input.

Has a customer expressed dissatisfaction, shown interest in a particular service, or asked questions about a contract? Then the call will be assigned a label that directly shows what has been discussed — so you can quickly act appropriately.

This is how auto-labels work in lights

Behind the function is something we call Prompts — short instructions that control what the AI should listen for. Examples of prompts can be:

  • “Customer Expresses Frustration”
  • “Questionnaire de terminación”
  • “Showing interest in additional services X”

When a call matches the content of a prompt, the label is automatically triggered and associated with the call. You can also choose to send notifications directly to a manager or colleague, along with the transcript, audio file, and all labels.
