Alligo Group chooses Nordic cloud solution from Lynes Technologies — 1,200 users connect to the platform

Alligo, which owns, among other things, the companies Swedol in Sweden and TOOLS in Norway and Finland with a wide network of stores and sales outlets.

When it came time to review the operator agreement, Alligo switched to Telenor's network to get better coverage and stability — and in that collaboration they chose lynes as the switching provider for the features and capabilities offered by the platform. In total, the solution covers over 1200 users.

We have a geographically dispersed organization with many different types of users — from store staff to sales and support. It places high demands on both stability and flexibility. The cloud solution from lynes is built on the company's own platform and enables unified management of all telephony within the group — regardless of country, department or role.
