The market for business communication is changing faster than ever. AI is moving from buzzword to the very engine of how companies handle calls, support and customer contact. Many talk about it. Fewer deliver it for real, and fewer still build it into a unified platform rather than bolting solutions on afterwards. In the middle of that pace, the question for customers and partners becomes simple but decisive: who can you back for the long term?
We went all in on AI agents and Contact Center, and we built everything on a single platform. That is the bet now showing up in the numbers. During 2025 we more than quadrupled our EBITDA, from SEK 3.3 million to SEK 13.1 million, and turned a negative profit margin into a positive one. At the same time, we strengthened our equity ratio further. Around the same time we were also awarded UC's Highest Creditworthiness, confirmation that the growth rests on solid financial ground.
A few years ago we were just as open about the fact that our accounts were running at a loss. There are different definitions of what a growth company is, but what they share is that these companies grow quickly, steadily and strongly. To earn the certificate, a company has to meet certain criteria, which include:

Only 5% of Swedish companies qualify for this recognition. The fact that we do, while at the same time driving an entirely new product category forward, says a great deal about how stable the journey actually is.
